How much do I earn?
$250 when a referral becomes a paying client, plus 10% of that client’s monthly fees for as long as they stay an active paying client.
How are payments sent?
Usually Interac e-Transfer in Canada. We can use another method, such as Wise, if we agree in writing. Keep a current payout email on file with us.
Is commission on signed contracts or only on paid invoices?
Only on invoices the client has actually paid. Signed proposals alone do not trigger payout.
What happens if a client gets a refund or credit?
Partner payouts for that amount are adjusted or clawed back, usually by being netted from your next payout.
What if the client cancels later?
Recurring commission stops with their last paid invoice. You keep what you already earned on prior paid invoices, subject to any refund adjustments.
How long does the 10% last?
For as long as that referred client remains an active paying SEO / AI search client attributed to you.
How do you know a client was my referral?
Warm intro, partner referral form, or tagged referral link. We attribute the close when we can reasonably tie it to your introduction. Once attributed, that client stays yours for recurring commission while they remain active.
Do I have to do any SEO work?
No. You introduce. We sell, onboard, and deliver. If the campaign creates website work, we can bring you back in first for that billable work.
Will you take my client’s web work?
No. We do not compete with you for web development. You stay their trusted developer.
Is this exclusive?
No. You can refer other vendors. No exclusivity, no lock-in for you as a partner.
